Age Strong at our brand new site Dyer St Studio is a dedicated strength and balance program designed for 60+ adults who want to maintain mobility, improve stability, and feel confident in their movement.

Whether you want to prevent falls, regain confidence or simply feel stronger in everyday life, now and in the future, this program is tailored to support you and your goals at every step.

With expert-led sessions focused on safe, evidence-based strength training, Age Strong helps you build the strength you need to stay active and independent. Come as you are and no prior experience

Is it suitable for me with my medical condition??

All our sessions are run by expert clinicians on a private basis meaning that everything is tailored to you and our team have the medical training neccessary to look after you. If you have questions about your specific condition, please give our friendly bookings team a ring on 01285 671 442 and we will arrange a free, no obligation phone call to discuss this further with you

Do I need to be a patient of Dyer St Clinic?

No, anyone over 60 years of age is welcome. Age Strong sessions are open to patients of Dyer St clinic and those who will be visiting us for the first time.

What do I need to bring with me?

Come as you are. There is nothing particular you need to bring with you except ,maybe a water bottle for a drink.

What do I need to wear?

No particular gym clothes are needed, just wear something that allows you to move around freely and comfortably.

Do I have to have any gym or exercise experience?

No experience is needed. Come as you are, every session is guided and tailored to you.

Is it suitable for me if I use a mobility aid?

Yes. Ideally bring your aid with you so we can tailor your session to you.

Can I bring a carer?

Of course, carer’s are most welcome.

Can I train with a friend, partner or family member?

Yes! We’d love to welcome duo’s to share a session. We are very happy to guide and tailor sessions to two people. If you don’t have someone in mind, let us know you’d like to train along side someone and we’ll make a match!

Can I park at the studio?

Yes, there is drop off available and one parking space available on request.
