I trained at the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic in Bournemouth. It was an amazing place to study, with the beach only 5 minutes walk away. The course was 5 years long and incredibly demanding, but worth every second.
I am a very active individual, taking part in CrossFit, triathlons, half/full marathons. I am always on the look out for a physical challenge, in 2018 myself and a friend completed a military style 24km race up, over and back over Pen Y Fan mountain in wales, all with a 20kg backpack on, winning our age category. I believe in maintaining a physically active and healthy lifestyle and try to endorse that as much as possible.
In my spare time when I’m not training, you’ll find me working/helping out on a farm, having grown up on a farm its something a really enjoy, so when I’m not chasing sheep around ill be on the tractor.
As a chiropractor I specialise in treating both acute and chronic back and neck pain. This however is not all, I commonly see and treat certain types of headaches, as well as shoulder, hip and knee dysfunctions.
I want to keep progressing my knowledge and treatment techniques with regard to treating musculoskeletal conditions. Continue to train, keeping myself in good physical condition and taking part in new physical challenges. I also have ambitions of owning my own flock of sheep at some point.
