Time with an experienced clinician

Every appointment is one-to-one, with time to assess you properly, explain what is going on in plain English and give you a plan you can follow at home.

Because our chiropractors, physiotherapists, podiatrists, rehab team and GP work under one roof with shared notes, you will not have to repeat your story if you need someone else on the team.

Pay as you go or choose a package

Most people pay as they go. Packages suit structured programmes, like post-surgical rehab, where you know you will need a set number of sessions, and they are always optional.

Insurance

We are recognised by most major UK private health insurers, including AXA Health, WPA, Vitality, Aviva and Cigna. Please check your cover with your insurer before booking and bring your authorisation details to your first appointment. Our Private GP service is self-pay only.

Cancellations

Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or move an appointment, otherwise a fee may be charged. It lets us offer your slot to someone who needs it.
