FAQ’s

Do you cover insurance?

Some insurance polices allow massage to be covered but not all. Please check with your insurance provider prior to booking.

How many treatments will I need?

This is varied, we have patients who come for regular massage on a weekly or monthyl basis, and others who just pop in when they need some help. Totally your choice.

Will I see the same expert every time?

Yes, excluding extenuating circumstances once you are booked in with a practitioner you will stay with them for your course of treatment. If they feel your needs will be better suited with another practitioner this will be discussed with you.

Do I have to go up a flight of stairs?

We have one treatment room up a single flight of stairs. If you are unable to use a flight of stairs, please let us know and we will ensure you are booked in an downstairs room. Please note our bathroom facilities are upstairs.

What do I have to bring to my appointment?

We will need to know any previous surgery, illness, your past medical records as well as your current state of health including any medication you are taking. Any previous scans, X-rays, letters or investigations are always helpful. If you are intending to claim for treatment using private health insurance it is useful to bring the details with you.
